We operate a 14-day cancellation policy. If you cancel before this period, you will receive 100% of your booking back. 

Yes, we allow dogs in some of our apartments/cottages.   

Please check the terms and rules on each property to check which ones are pet friendly. You can also send us a message on WhatsApp or email us at admin@loclproperties.co.uk                                Charges will be added for pets.                                       

Yes, all our properties have high speed wifi available for your use during your stay.

We have an easy self check in process for each of our properties, you will receive all relevant details such as address information and keysafe codes 24 hours before check in. This allows you to arrive and check in at your leisure, upon leaving we require keys to be placed in the keysafe as you found them.

All security deposits will be returned within 7 days of checkout subject to housekeeping review.
