Scarborough Castle and Harbour

Standing guard over the North Sea is the dramatic ruin of Scarborough Castle. This mighty fortress boasts a rich history stretching back nearly 3,000 years, witnessing everything from Roman signal fires to a pivotal Civil War siege.

Scarborough Harbour is a historic harbor located on the northeast coast of England, nestled beside Scarborough Castle and bordering the popular South Bay beach. The harbour comprises two piers: the West Pier and the Vincent Pier.
