45 The Square is situated in a quiet street just north of Scarborough’s town centre. If you turn left out the door you can walk to the most amazing views of North Bay within 4 mins and the golden sands of North Bay Beach are just a ten-minute stroll away.
Turning right out of the apartment will lead you to some of Scarborough’s top attractions: the stunning Peasholm Park and its boating lake, Alpamare swimming pool, the Open Air Theatre, and the Sea Life Centre.
